Refund policy

Because outreach and editorial work begins after an order is approved, refund eligibility depends on the work completed. Contact ZAITFIRM within seven days of placing an order. Approved refunds are returned through the original method where possible.

Non-refundable work

Published placements, completed writing, editorial fees already paid, and custom outreach already delivered are non-refundable. If a placement cannot be completed, we will offer a suitable replacement or a refund for that undelivered item.
