1. General Refund Policy
Most of our services are customized digital services, which means work begins immediately after payment is received.
For this reason, completed or delivered services are generally non-refundable.

2. Services Eligible for Refund
You may qualify for a refund if:
- Your order has not yet been started
- We are unable to deliver the purchased service
- We cannot publish your guest post on the website you selected
- We cancel your order for reasons beyond your control
- Duplicate payment was made accidentally
Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will NOT be provided for:

- Link Insertions already completed
- Content Writing after delivery
- Website Design or Development after project completion
- Digital Marketing campaigns already launched
- Custom Software or Web Applications
- Domain Registration
- Web Hosting
- SSL Certificates
- Graphic Design delivered to the client
- Consultation Services
- Monthly SEO Retainers after work has started
These services require time, labor, and resources and therefore cannot be reversed.
4. Guest Posting & Link Building Refund Policy
If we cannot publish your article on the publisher website you selected:
You may choose one of the following:
- Full refund (minus payment gateway fees)
- Replacement on a similar website
- Store Credit for future orders
Once a guest post has been successfully published, no refund will be issued.
5. Website Development Refund Policy
For custom website projects:
Before Development Starts
100% refund (excluding payment processing fees)
During Development
Refunds are calculated based on work completed.
After Final Delivery
No refunds will be issued after the project has been delivered and approved.
6. SEO Service Refund Policy
SEO results depend on many external factors including search engine algorithms and competition.
Therefore:
- Rankings are not guaranteed
- Traffic improvements cannot be guaranteed
- No refunds are provided after SEO work has begun
7. Payment Gateway Fees
Payment gateway fees charged by:
- PayPal
- Stripe
- Credit/Debit Cards
- USDT Network Fees
are non-refundable.
Only the service amount is refundable when applicable.

Once work has started, cancellation fees may apply depending on project progress.
