These Buyer Terms govern purchases made through ZA IT FIRM LLC and zaitfirm.com.
By creating an account, placing an order, clicking “I Agree,” submitting payment, or using our services, you agree to these Buyer Terms, our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and applicable order requirements.
1. Our Services :
ZA IT FIRM LLC provides digital marketing services including:
- Guest Posting
- Link Building
- Link Insertion / Niche Edit
- Website Outreach
- Content Writing
- SEO and Content Marketing
- Related Digital Marketing Services
Some services are fulfilled through independent third-party websites and website owners.
2. Buyer Responsibility
Buyers must provide accurate:
- Target URLs
- Anchor text
- Articles/content
- Niche selection
- Order instructions
The Buyer must have permission to use all submitted content, images, trademarks, links, and other materials.
ZA IT FIRM is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the Buyer.
3. Website & Placement Rules
Websites may have their own editorial and content requirements.
A Website may:
- Request content changes
- Reject certain niches
- Change formatting
- Apply link attributes
- Reject unsuitable links or landing pages
ZA IT FIRM cannot force an independent Website to accept or publish content.
If a selected Website cannot fulfill an order, ZA IT FIRM may offer a suitable replacement, account credit, or an eligible refund.
4. Guest Posts & Backlinks
Placement details are based on the service selected at the time of purchase.
Links may be do-follow, no-follow, sponsored, or otherwise qualified according to the agreed order, Website requirements, applicable rules, or search-engine policies.
ZA IT FIRM does not guarantee that a backlink will receive ranking credit from Google or another search engine.
5. Permanent / Lifetime Placement
“Permanent” or “Lifetime” means a placement is intended to remain published without a predetermined expiration date.
It does not mean that ZA IT FIRM guarantees a third-party website, domain, URL, or business will exist forever.
Any specific replacement guarantee is governed by the order details and Refund Policy.
6. SEO Disclaimer
ZA IT FIRM does not guarantee:
- First-page Google rankings
- Specific keyword positions
- Traffic increases
- Sales or leads
- DA or DR increases
- Permanent Google indexing
Search engines and third-party SEO platforms independently control rankings, indexing, metrics, and algorithms.
7. Prices & Payments
Prices may vary depending on:
- Website
- Niche
- Number of links
- Guest post or link insertion
- Content writing
- Restricted or special niche
- Website requirements
Payments may be accepted through available methods including Stripe, PayPal, USDT, Bank transfer, or other approved payment options.
A one-time order does not authorize automatic recurring charges unless the Buyer separately agrees to a subscription.
8. Restricted Niches
Certain Websites may charge different prices or reject categories including:
Casino, Betting, iGaming, CBD, Vape, Crypto, Forex, Trading, Loans, Finance, Medical, or other regulated/restricted niches.
Illegal, fraudulent, malicious, copyright-infringing, phishing, malware, or otherwise unlawful content is prohibited.
9. Delivery & Approval
Delivery times are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing.
After receiving a live URL, Buyers should check:
- Article
- Anchor text
- Target link
- Agreed placement
Buyers may request reasonable corrections where the delivered placement does not match the original order.
Once the Buyer gives final approval, the order may be marked Completed.
10. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on order progress.
A full refund may not be available after:
- Content writing has started
- Website payment has been committed
- Outreach has begun
- Content has been submitted
- Publication has been completed
Eligible refunds, replacements, or credits are handled according to the ZA IT FIRM Refund Policy.
No refund is guaranteed solely because rankings, traffic, indexing, DA, DR, sales, or leads did not increase.
11. Chargebacks
Buyers should contact admin@zaitfirm.com regarding payment or service problems before initiating a chargeback whenever reasonably possible.
ZA IT FIRM may provide order records, invoices, communications, payment records, and live placement evidence to payment processors when responding to disputes.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Nothing in these Terms removes payment-dispute rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Account Suspension
ZA IT FIRM may suspend or restrict accounts for:
- Fraud
- Payment abuse
- Illegal activity
- Security threats
- Repeated chargeback abuse
- Harassment
- Violation of these Terms
- Misuse of the Platform
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZA IT FIRM is not responsible for indirect losses involving rankings, traffic, revenue, profits, customers, leads, or business opportunities.
ZA IT FIRM’s maximum liability relating to a specific order will generally not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Electronic Agreement
Electronic orders, invoices, confirmations, account records, and electronic acceptance may be used as records of transactions.
Customers should retain a copy of their order confirmation and applicable Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Buyer Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, together with applicable U.S. federal law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.
16. Changes to These Terms
ZA IT FIRM may update these Buyer Terms when services, payment methods, laws, platform features, or business practices change.
The latest version will be published on the Website with an updated revision date.
